We exist in an era the world is driven by the fresh spirit and strength of youth forces. The revolution has been initiated to recognize young people as present and future leaders to make this world peaceful, colorful and meaningful. Adding values to this revolutionary process, the lead foundation which is one of the prominent bodiesstrives to make the lives of marginalized and less privileged communities a success. Weempower them by providing equal education facilities, entrepreneurship backings and health and advocacy services.

Building leadership and interpersonal skills of young people is one of the other focuses of the organization. We strive to create positive attitude sand noble behavioural practices among young men and women, adults and parents and growing kids by regularly organizing pro-society awareness programs. Particularly, we target drug addicts, idling unemployed youth and school drop outs.We further contribute to the national reconciliation and peace building process by taking initiatives to bring different communities together to respect diversity and religious and cultural identities.
